- Customer interactions
- Prepare and run ad campaigns

Customer Loyalty and Experience Apps
To keep customers coming back for more, you need to wow them with your experience. These apps will help you generate user reviews and social proof, add wishlist features, and make building a customer loyalty program as easy as a few clicks. Plus, you’ll be able to nail customer service, even if you’re a one-person operation.

It’s more expensive to obtain new customers than it is to market to existing ones. As such, taking steps to increase your customer lifetime value is a smart investment. With Reveal, it’s easy to segment customers based on their buying behavior. This way, you can give everyone a personalized approach throughout their entire customer journey. Reveal includes advanced email marketing, buying predictions, and more to help you maximize profit.
Yotpo
Gone are the days when you didn’t have to worry about displaying customer reviews and photos on your website. Gathering reviews, ratings, and user-generated content can be a hassle if you don’t have the right tools. Yotpo handles all of this for you with emails and on-site review widgets. You can easily import existing reviews and display them in various places across your website and social media channels to add to your social proof. There’s a free plan available, and when you’re ready, you can upgrade to a paid plan. Plus, the app works with Kit.

Answering a few questions like age and gender will use machine learning-based body size predictions to recommend the best fit. For children and pets, where the AI can’t predict body size, you can use generic charts. It’s also possible to create custom size recommenders based on logic based on your specific shop’s requirements.
Your charts are entirely customizable to match the branding of your site. The free plan includes two published size charts. Paid plans start at $6.99/month ($65.88/year).
