A Letter to CommerceHub & ChannelAdvisor Customers

To our valued customers and business partners,

I am excited to share that today marks the start of a new chapter for CommerceHub and ChannelAdvisor. We’ve brought together two great companies to create a single organization that will help all our customers grow their business, enhance their shopping experience, and expand margins. Both companies have a long history of focusing on our customers and doing all we can to serve your needs and that will remain unchanged. Our newly combined business only exists because of our customers’ confidence and trust in us and I do not take that responsibility lightly. We can only succeed when our customers succeed.

By combining these two companies, we now have the privilege to serve more than 18,000 companies transacting more than $50 billion in gross merchandise value and over $500 million in digital marketing spend annually. The scale and breadth of what we can offer customers across the commerce ecosystem is tremendous. I’m excited about our vision for the future, delivering greater value by bringing together the best of CommerceHub and ChannelAdvisor and reimagining what is possible.

Most importantly to each of you given the busy time of year we’re in, we will not make any changes that impact your daily operations. We remain committed to offering the same reliable, consistent service that you’ve come to expect from us over the last 25 years and we deeply value the trust you’ve put in us for your most critical business operations.

Expectations for customer experience have never been higher. The combination of CommerceHub and ChannelAdvisor will enable more businesses to successfully address these increased expectations. We will invest in enhancing our products and services to help all our customers succeed. Retailers will be able to access an even larger pool of brands with increased flexibility. Brands will be able to manage their public and private marketplaces alongside their retailer connections with a single vendor, improving efficiency by unifying first-party, drop-ship, and third-party integrations. And companies across the network will be able to save on delivery costs and improve delivery experiences with our Delivery Suite, and improve their consumer experience with Shoppable Media and Brand Analytics.

As I said, this is just the beginning. We are incredibly excited about what the future looks like for our customers.
